Know how is the basis of success
The manufacture of rubber material is a multistage process. The material is produced by a
special recipe mixed with a multitude of raw materials together with special synthetic
rubber in a Banbury mixer and processed to a master batch. The rubber sheets are extruded
using a roller head machine or is plyed in a calandering machine. The application is a
manual activity and will be carried out by qualified employees in our factory or on site
worldwide. For shop lining the lined equipment is vulcanized in a autoclave under
temperature up to 150 °C and pressure up to 6 bar. For site lining mostly self-vulcanized
rubber is used.
